By downloading, installing, or using ANET Player ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer (collectively, "the Agreement"). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the App.
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the developer of ANET Player. Please read it carefully in its entirety.
1.1. ANET Player is a general-purpose media player application designed for Android-based devices including smart TVs, set-top boxes, streaming sticks, phones, and tablets.
1.2. The App functions as a media player and content aggregator. It does NOT host, store, transmit, re-broadcast, or distribute any audio-visual content on its servers. All media content is either (a) sourced from publicly available free-to-air streams on the internet, (b) provided by the User's own third-party subscriptions, or (c) accessed via officially supported public APIs such as YouTube.
1.3. The App is analogous to a web browser or media player — it provides the interface to access content that exists elsewhere on the internet. The App itself contains no copyrighted media content.
2.1. The App provides access to free-to-air (FTA) TV channels sourced from publicly available streams on the internet. These channels are broadcast freely and openly by their respective owners, networks, and broadcasters without requiring a subscription, login, or payment.
2.2. The App merely catalogues and organises links to these publicly available streams for user convenience. We do not own, operate, control, or have any affiliation with the broadcasters or networks providing these streams.
2.4. We are NOT the broadcaster, content owner, licensor, or rights holder of any channel listed in the Free TV section. The inclusion of any channel does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with the channel's operator.
2.5. The electronic programme guide (EPG) data displayed alongside channels is sourced from publicly available XMLTV feeds and third-party EPG providers. EPG data accuracy is not guaranteed and may not reflect actual broadcast schedules.
3.1. The App supports connecting to third-party IPTV services via industry-standard protocols including Xtream Codes API, M3U/M3U8 playlists, and Stalker portal middleware. This functionality is provided as a media player feature only.
3.2. ANET Player does NOT provide, sell, resell, distribute, or broker IPTV subscriptions, content, or streaming services of any kind. The App functions solely and exclusively as a media player and playlist manager.
3.3. You are solely and entirely responsible for:
3.4. We do not endorse, recommend, promote, facilitate, or have any knowledge of the content available through any IPTV service you may connect to the App.
4.1. The App includes a web-based Playlist Portal that allows users to manage their IPTV playlist credentials remotely via a web browser using their unique Device ID.
4.2. IPTV credentials entered via the Playlist Portal or directly in the App are stored securely using AES-256-GCM encryption with Android Keystore on the User's device.
4.3. You are responsible for keeping your Device ID and any PIN codes confidential.
5.1. New users receive a complimentary trial period upon installation. During the trial period, all App features are available without restriction.
5.2. After the trial expires, certain premium features may require the purchase of a license key. Free TV channels, basic media playback, and USB media features remain available regardless of license status.
5.3. License keys are tied to a specific device and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.4. We reserve the right to modify trial duration, feature availability, and pricing at any time without prior notice.
6.1. The App includes comprehensive parental control features including PIN lock, screen time limits, section-based access controls, per-channel PIN locks, family profiles with scheduled viewing times, content filtering, and child lock (kiosk) mode.
6.2. These tools are provided for your convenience as supplementary safety features. They are NOT a substitute for active parental supervision.
6.3. Parents, guardians, and caregivers are solely and entirely responsible for configuring and maintaining parental controls, actively monitoring their children's viewing activity, ensuring age-appropriate content access, and setting appropriate screen time limits.
6.4. We are not liable for any content viewed by minors, any psychological or emotional impact of content, or any failure of parental controls to restrict access.
7.1. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
All App settings, favourites, recently watched history, and preferences are stored LOCALLY on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. Device registration data is stored securely on our servers using industry-standard encryption.
We do NOT sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
By providing your WhatsApp number during App setup, registration, or at any point during use, you expressly consent to receiving communications via WhatsApp including but not limited to: customer support messages, service updates, new feature announcements, promotional offers, advertisements, partner promotions, and community broadcasts.
You may opt out of promotional WhatsApp messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any promotional message, or by contacting us at isfaaq@gmail.com. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect service-related communications.
8.1. The App may display advertisements including banner ads, interstitial ads, splash screen ads, and overlay ads. These advertisements are served from our own ad server.
8.2. We do NOT use behavioural targeting, personal data profiling, or cross-app tracking for advertising purposes.
8.3. Licensed users may experience reduced or no advertising depending on their license tier.
9.1. The App includes a recording feature that allows users to record live streams to local storage.
9.2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that recording any stream complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of your content provider.
9.3. Recordings are stored entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
10.1. The App includes a Voice Guide accessibility feature designed for blind and visually impaired users, providing spoken feedback for all interactive elements.
10.2. The Voice Guide uses the device's built-in text-to-speech engine. No audio data is recorded or transmitted.
11.1. ANET Player, including its source code, design, user interface, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of its developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
11.2. You may NOT: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the App's branding for commercial purposes without written permission.
12.1. ANET Player does NOT host, store, cache, transmit, re-broadcast, or distribute any media content whatsoever.
12.2. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, or availability of any third-party content.
DMCA / Content Removal: If you are a copyright holder and believe content accessible through the App infringes your rights, contact us at info@anettv.org with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief, and (e) a statement of accuracy. We will promptly investigate and remove the allegedly infringing material.
You agree NOT to use the App to access unauthorised content, circumvent access controls, engage in illegal activity, interfere with our servers, or use the App for commercial purposes without consent.
14.1. The App may automatically check for and install updates. On TV devices, updates may be installed silently.
14.2. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or the entire App at any time without prior notice.
14.3. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR ANY MATTER BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
The CCTV feature is for monitoring your own IP cameras on your local network. You must not access cameras you do not own. You are responsible for complying with surveillance and privacy laws. We do not store or process camera feeds.
Quran recitations are sourced from publicly available audio APIs (QuranicAudio.com). We do not host or store Quran audio files on our servers. Downloaded surahs are stored locally on your device.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
23.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
23.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nicosia, Republic of Cyprus.
23.3. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
